We had a great time at this resort. The staff was amazing and made sure our stay there was a comfortable and relaxing one. Everyone served with a smile! The few points I would like to alert readers with is that there are lots of stairs to the cottages and back to the restaurant so elderly people or people with knee problems would not be able to enjoy the stay. Also hotel is in a remote area and one can get trouble getting there as not much directions from the main road. But once you get there it is the perfect getaway. Beautiful view on the top and cozy infinity pool overlooking the valley is amazing! Food cooked by chef George was very delicious he made sure he considered our request for less spicy food and made accordingly. Thank you Haze & Kites Team! ~ Mamta K
It was a surprise for me....On Saturday morning my hus told me to pack up and get into car and we can go for a ride...we reached kites...it was an amazing experience...we had a great a welcome by their team..,we enjoyed the ambience and the room especially the deck...it was an amazing view from there...we spent a lot of time in the deck especially the breeze and the sunset...we planned a trek in the Valentine’s day morning to watch the sunrise...It was a breathtaking experience...spcl thnks to Mr.Manoj Narayanan (director of kites resort) for making it happen....Food was amazing and hospitality was superb...so we felt so comfortable and it was blissful..once again our heart full thanks to kites family and our Manoj chettan(Manoj Narayanan)....Kites we are coming again and again... ~ Aneesha.M. We stayed at Haze and kites for 3 nights with kids. The resort itself is so beautiful with breathtaking views. Rooms and toilets are quite spacious. Food was good, could add more varieties in the menu. The highlight was the camp fire every evening where we could enjoy sitting around listening to our favourite songs. Would like to thank each and every staff, Manoj, Sindhu and Kala in particular for the excellent hospitality at Haze and kites. They made sure that we were comfortable at every step..check in , housekeeping, at the restaurant. Kala would make sure that the food was made according to how we like it..thank you so much all of you for making our stay a memorable one. We will definitely come back to this resort if we visit Munnar again. ~ Sumaya T
